where do you ship and how do you ship?
SHIP FROM CHINA
1. for small items, we use YANWEN air shipment service. about 14-21days around the world. Some clients from big cities can have the items in 10days, if you have remote addresses, maybe it will take about 30days for you to get the items. all the delivery will have local delivery carrier with local tracking numbers. if you have tracking problem, don't hesitate to talk with us.
2.for big items, USA, CANADA,AUSTRALIA, sea shipment and with LOCAL UPS service.
for EU, we have train shipment or truck shipment solution, local delivery will be handled by UPS or DPD. we try to catch the delivery time that we give you, but sometimes there's strike or local transporation problem, we hope that you can understand. we don't mean that.
